This person will be required to work with the FNF Technology Manager that oversees several applications, including the internal facing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and their supporting applications.  You will work very closely with several teams in an Agile/Scrum project delivery methodology. You will be expected to participate in sprints and communicate with the frontline business.  Research, develop and document technical design specifications, business requirements, Devops acceptance criteria as well as Operational procedures.  Work with internal FNF technology teams to provision and maintain the Azure resources used to support the architecture.

  • Ability to diagnose a problem at the systems/architecture level via monitoring tools in place, identify the appropriate FNF team and work with them to solve problems.  Ensure proper monitoring metrics are in place to help fill any gaps identified while resolving issues.
  • Provide MS Teams based meetings to present new functionality, assist with training, and collaborate with FNF operations about requests or incidents.
  • Analyze impact or potential changes to the Architecture of proposed Epochs or features in the backlog and work with Product Managers to develop a strategy to prepare the environment for major Epochs and features.
  • Author and review functional specifications and Business Requirements needed for feature requests and assist in writing stories/features to support the new functionality.
  • Provide consultative help to developers that may need more guidance while working on scrum stories related to Azure architecture/cloud features.
  • Create systems models, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system developers or internal FNF teams as needed.
  • Maintain design specifications and operational configurations in internal Documentation Library (Wiki)
  • Responsible for Azure architecture resource provisioning and ensure the application is keeping pace with latest developments by keeping hardware and software current as possible.
  • Work with the CRM Team/developers in reviewing and resolving field support tickets
  • Responsible for preparing the production ready code and handing off to the FNF Release Management team for release into Production.
  • Track progress in project activities and report status to the Project Manager for weekly status reports.


  • 5 years experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Visio) experience preferred in documenting requirements and functional specifications.
  • C#/Microsoft SQL knowledge is preferred, not required
  • Azure Devops experience preferred, not required
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred, not required
  • Azure Cloud computing experience required
  • Red-Hat Linux experience preferred, not required
  • Technical Writing experience
  • Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must
  • Expertise at gathering and documenting business process and policy requirements.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and vice-versa


  • Minimum of 2 years of Systems or Business Analyst experience or Technical Writing skills preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field such as Engineering, Chemistry, Math, Physics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Informatics or Information Technology
