Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an Agency Contract Coordinator to join its Jacksonville, FL office. The Agency Contract Coordinator is responsible for the review, approval, and setup processes of new agent applications and contract maintenance.  The position is also responsible for data entry, maintenance, and updates within the various systems of record as well as additional administrative duties.

  • Prioritize and process agent contracts and amendmentsData entry and maintenance of multiple systems and platforms
  • Inter-departmental support of agency systems, platforms, and processes
  • Intra-departmental task support and assistance
  • Data collection, preparation, and reporting


  • Critical reading and decision-making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with general computer and technology use
  • Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Excel


Four-year degree preferred
