This position will be the first in line when communicating with existing ValueCheck clients and potential new clients.  Ensures positive client experience through high quality service and effective communication thereby achieving client retention. Utilizes sound problem solving skills and technical knowledge to improve the overall client experience.

  • Problem solving inbound support requests, via phone and email
  • Responding to questions that new users have with regard to navigating our software or resolving technical issues
  • Resolving trouble tickets and helping with billing inquires in a prompt and professional manner
  • Monitoring and tracking open service orders – following up with vendors to ensure service levels are being met


  • Requires self-motivation, the ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical literacy in working with software
  • Experience tracking multiple inquiries and documenting progress/status
  • Proficiency with data analysis utilizing spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage time, activities and priorities skillfully and without direct supervision
  • Advanced organization skills
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude


  • 4 year degree required
  • Demonstrated success in a client support role
