Overview

Property Insight a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an Imaging Analsyt to join its Maitland, FL office.  FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Duties

• Review, analyze and make recommendations to convert various external image sources for ingestion into a standardized repository and format
• Manage the ingestion of current updates to the images from the external sources including updates to formats received and improvements to the ingestion processing.
• Review and analysis of reports and insights to confirm currency or identify gaps that need remediated.
• Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to receive and delivery imaging assets in a timely manner.
• Maintain relationships with imaging vendor sources to quickly resolve imaging issues.
• Publish reports daily about the health and currency of the imaging assets.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent related experience.

Experience

• Minium of 2 years analyst experience or similar role that utilizes a similar skillset.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with other MS Office products.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent Customer Service.

Additional Information

Preferred but not required:
• Title Plant and title industry knowledge
• Basic SQL skills
