Overview

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an Escrow Branch Manager to join its Danville, CA office. The ideal candidate will oversee escrow branch operations profitability, including goal establishment, communication, and execution. Build and maintain an escrow desk. *This is an in-office position in  Danville, California. The company does not cover relocation expenses.

Duties

• Supervises, trains and directs the development of all branch escrow staff, aides in recruiting.
• Develops new and repeat business through bankers, brokers and agents.
• Maintains existing client base and manages ongoing client and business challenges.
• Works with internal and external customers to manage all aspects of a sale, resale or refinance escrow transaction.

Education

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

• 5+ years experience as an Escrow Officer
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas
• Strong Supervisory skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Detail orientation
• Excellent verbal communication
• Problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
