POSITION OVERVIEW
The Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) Corporate IT Infrastructure Department is seeking a results-oriented Inventory Remediation Specialist. As a critical member of the growing IT Asset Management group, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hardware inventory data of a large IT organization. This will include many tasks as diverse as managing asset records to interpreting reports.
LOCATION
- This role sits out of our HQ in Jacksonville, FL (preferred) or can be 100% remote.
- Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, without sponsorship.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the improvement and maintenance of IT hardware asset inventory.
- Collaborates with various teams to ensure inventory data aligns with business requirements.
- Develops and generates asset reports for management and compliance purposes.
- Identifies and assists in the resolution of data issues, discrepancies, and inconsistencies.
- Analyzes hardware data for trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost optimization.
- Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
- Performs other duties as requested, including administrative functions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
- Requires 2+ years’ experience in modern IT infrastructure support and maintenance, including an understanding of how an IT Operations group delivers services and supports the company.
- Requires 2+ years’ experience in advanced data analysis (MS Excel and Power BI).
- Experience with ServiceNow.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Possesses current technical knowledge of IT hardware and software including but not limited to servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network devices, storage devices, software licensing basics, enterprise applications, virtual devices, services and components (where applicable).
- Working knowledge of database management and data modeling concepts.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Productive self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
