Overview

Fidelity National Timeshare is looking for an Escrow Officer in the Maitland, Florida office.

Duties

Post daily deposits on multiple accounts
Reconcile account and bank balances daily
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files
Communicate with customers
Scanning
Other duties as assigned

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

At least 4 years of Escrow or Accounting experience

Self-motivated; this position includes high volume escrow and bank account posting
Customer focused attitude
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Typing, Excel, and basic computer skills
Ability to work 8 hours a day between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
