About the Role
We are seeking detail oriented, self-motivated, and a great communicating team player to fulfill our full-time Assistant Escrow Officer position. As an Assistant Escrow Officer, you will have the chance to learn from top performing Escrow Officers in the business while working alongside them daily.

Duties

  • Assist the escrow officer in preparing and reviewing escrow documents.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications related to escrow transactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate closing appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or related field is a plus.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or escrow industry.
  • Escrow, real estate, accounting or legal experience required.
  • Experience with production system, Softpro Select preferred.
  • Knowledge of the closing process, math calculations, TRID and CFPB requirements preferred.
  • Confident, high level work ethic, with a strong sense of urgency, and a closer mentality.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle time effectively.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with escrow software. (Softpro Select).
  • Knowledge of multifamily, commercial escrow, WRAP, and other specialized areas is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
