Fidelity National Financial is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant in the Florida Agency Services Department in Maitland, Florida. This team specializes in assisting agents and law firms with all aspects of a commercial real estate closing. The position is versatile and offers a great opportunity to grow within the department.
Candidate will assist Escrow Closers with the real estate closing process from opening orders, sending out title work, reviewing and processing closing document packages for recording to preparing invoices, processing title insurance premium and typing policies.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with closings and preparing/revising title commitments, proformas and policies is a plus.
Requirements
Ability to work in the Maitland, Florida office.
Basic Excel, Windows and Word skills.
Team player and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
