Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a contract coordinator to join our National Agency team in Jacksonville, FL. This position performs reviews of contract applications submitted for potential title agents to ensure regulatory compliance while ensuring best practices are being met and/or exceeded. Critical thinking and communication skills are paramount for success in this role. This is an onsite positin in our Corporate Office.
High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
Extremely accurate, detail- oriented and highly organized, proactive , proficient in Outlook and general computer skills; ability to multi-task. Reliable self-starter, who can work independently and demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
Good communication skills/customer service oriented. Critical thinker, Solution Oriented with the ability to articulate challenges and anticipate and solve problems. Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and execute incoming tasks/requests. Ability to meet/manage deadlines with consistent follow-through. Successful in keeping up in an ever changing industry regarding policy/procedure changes.
