The Origami System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Origami Risk Core System Platform. This role involves ensuring the system’s optimal performance, implementing updates, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations of the Origami RMIS, ensuring system stability and performance.
• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving system-related issues promptly.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Origami system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Data Management: Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems.
• Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless system operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably with Origami RMIS or similar systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in system administration or risk management are desirable.
