Looking for an energetic team player to work in our Manzanita Oregon Escrow location as an Escrow Assistant. This position will enable you to apply your administrative, support and interpersonal skills to our team and our customers as we process and complete residential real estate transactions.
This position requires a passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive atittude.

• Answer phones.
• Greet Customers.
• Set-up orders (Data Entry).
• Clear Title (Review title reports and order payoffs).
• Print loan packages.
• Supply lenders/realtors/buyers/sellers with requested information to conduct closings.
• Return Loan Packages (after buyer/borrower has signed package documents and return to lender).
• Upload documents into SmartView (paperless file).
• Upload documents into Simplifile (E-Recording process).
• Coordinate disbursement with lenders.
• Disburse file (distributing funds to parties involved in transaction and communicating with parties involved that file has closed).
• Nightly banking deposit.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year as an escrow assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication within the team and with customers is essential.
Detail oriented and a willingness to learn is a must.
