Overview

Property Insight is looking for a Project Coordinator that will play a crucial role in supporting managers and ensuring the smooth operation of various projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget.

Duties

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Develop project strategies and manage resources efficiently.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent related experience.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, or related roles.
• Proficiency in work management, scaling, project coordination, reporting, and process improvement in a data driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 
• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
