FNMS Management Services, Inc. is seeking an eDiscovery Consultant to join its JAX, FL office.
Research, analyze and resolve strategic and operational obstacles to improve eDiscovery activities which impact operating and economic performance. Consult with Fidelity National Financial’s (FNF) Vice President regarding identification and implementation of strategies to improve performance and accuracy in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) spectrum. Assist and guide FNF’s goals of modernizing litigation structure and workflow, to improve policies and procedures regarding preservation, collection, processing, production, and hosting of electronic data. Explore, evaluate, and pursue strategies to improve eDiscovery process, procedures, workflow, analytics or order to correctly identify, preserve, collect, process, review, analyze, produce, and present evidence, while protecting integrity and authenticity of records. Provide services directed toward improving all aspects of eDiscovery operations, analyzing and resolving strategic and operating encumbrances within current operations. Analyze and review strategies and best practices for early case assessment, processing of Electronically stored information (ESI); review and analyze ESI and production of ESI and other documents. Review existing eDiscovery technologies utilized by FNF, emerging technologies in industry, and recommend enhancements or implementation of new software to maximize goals of improving efficiency and minimizing costs. Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Management or relevant field and 2 years of experience in a Consulting/analyst role.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Relativity Certified Administrator certification. Travel required within US for one week per quarter.
Salary $115,000/year.
