Duties

*Assist in opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions.
*Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the escrow process.
*Prepare and review escrow documents for accuracy and compliance.
*Handle funds, including deposits and disbursements.
*Maintain detailed records of all escrow transactions.
*Work in collaboration with the branch team to meet and exceed customer service levels.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.

Experience

*Prefer Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant
*Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and regulations
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite

*Attention to detail, including proper grammar and spelling, is highly valued.
*A positive attitude and professional demeanor are encouraged and appreciated.

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $30.00/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
