Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate IT Compliance Department is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to join the FNF team in the Jacksonville, FL office. The IT Compliance Analyst will serve as a contributor to the administration and maintenance of the Corporation’s IT Policy and Standard Governance Program, while also supporting compliance with these policies and related laws and regulations. This role will be primarily responsible for analyzing, editing, and organizing Information Technology, and Information Security compliance requirements within the Corporate Information Technology and Information Security Policies and Standards.

  • Minimum travel requirements (<10%)
  • Hybrid role out of our HQ in Jacksonville, FL.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule, coordinate, and host IT Governance Document review meetings with IT stakeholders
  • Gather all necessary approvals for the publication of IT Governance Documents
  • Review requests to modify existing IT Governance Documents and update requests to an existing backlog
  • Communicate all changes for IT Governance Documents at the end of their review to the correct audience
  • Analyze compliance requirements, gaps in requirements, duplications, and perform general text analysis
  • Study and remain up to date on various authoritative security and compliance frameworks such as:
  • NIST, NYDFS, TSC, ITIL.
  • Support complementary IT/Security audit, compliance, and risk initiatives
  • Present findings to IT Compliance Management and IT Leadership

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (or relative experience)
  • Ability to actively listen, lead meetings and mediate conversations
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of execution and results demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to produce quality deliverables and meet defined deadlines
  • Competent with the creation of professional presentations and status reports
  • A general understanding of Policies, Risks, Processes, Controls and the ability to converse at a technical level
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Ability to effectively utilize the internet, generative AI, or other similar tools to conduct professional, vetted, and ethical research
  • Entry-level experience operating as an Analyst, Coordinator, or a similar role facilitating communications between different parties, completing professional writing, editing, and comfortable working with large data sets
  • A career goal associated with IT Risk, Audit, Compliance, and Security
  • CISA certification, or a willingness to pursue one
