Overview

We are seeking a specialist to accurately identify and evaluate properties, determining their boundaries and ownership. This role requires expertise in reading legal descriptions and conducting detailed assessments of property records. The candidate will thoroughly review recorded documents to ensure accurate and complete plant postings using current technology.

Duties

• Review and analyze property documents, including deeds, mortgage, surveys, and other official records to determine property parcel with its corresponding owner.
• Interpret and analyze legal descriptions to accurately identify properties and their boundaries.
• Enter and update property data accurately and efficiently into the company database or management system.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and resolve issues related to property boundaries and ownership discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• The ideal candidate will leverage artificial intelligence and advanced computer technologies to enhance our processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the highest level of accuracy in title searches and documentation

Education

High School Diploma or related experience.

Experience

• Previous Title Plant, Mapping or Title Examiner experience.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting legal descriptions and property documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and decipher complex property-related information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to incorporate AI technology into the workplace.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A strong desire to learn and the capacity for professional development
