We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented National Lender Representative to generate new business and manage existing lender partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of title and escrow services, mortgage lending processes, and industry compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and sales professional with a passion for client service and growth.
Develop and grow relationships with mortgage lenders, brokers, loan officers, and financial institutions.
Promote the company’s title and escrow services through in-person visits, presentations, and networking events.
Serve as the main point of contact for existing lender accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while generating new business opportunities in the national market.
Identify opportunities for new business and create customized solutions to meet client needs.
Educate lender clients on service offerings, technology tools, and regulatory updates.
Keep up to date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
Collaborate with internal escrow teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and resolve issues.
Attend industry events, association meetings, and networking functions to expand brand presence.
Maintain CRM records, submit weekly activity reports, and meet or exceed sales goals.
College degree preferred.
