Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented National Lender Representative to generate new business and manage existing lender partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of title and escrow services, mortgage lending processes, and industry compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and sales professional with a passion for client service and growth.

Duties

  • Develop and grow relationships with mortgage lenders, brokers, loan officers, and financial institutions.

  • Promote the company’s title and escrow services through in-person visits, presentations, and networking events.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing lender accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while generating new business opportunities in the national market.

  • Identify opportunities for new business and create customized solutions to meet client needs.

  • Educate lender clients on service offerings, technology tools, and regulatory updates.

  • Keep up to date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.

  • Collaborate with internal escrow teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and resolve issues.

  • Attend industry events, association meetings, and networking functions to expand brand presence.

  • Maintain CRM records, submit weekly activity reports, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Education

College degree preferred.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage lending, or related sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance, loan closing processes, and real estate regulations (preferred).
  • Proven record in outside sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to obtain a Title Marketing Certificate from the DOI.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.
