Overview

The Escrow Branch Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all escrow branch operations, while also cultivating and maintaining relationships with both prospective and valued existing customers to generate new business opportunities. We seek a professional who can effectively manage the office, lead business development initiatives, and efficiently process orders and closings for our esteemed clients. Additionally, this role entails supervising, training, and developing our staff to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Duties

  • Foster communication between title and escrow staff to maintain productive relationships.
  • Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Ensure branch operations meet standards daily.
  • Oversee processes for timely and accurate escrow closing activities.
  • Collaborate to coordinate workflow efficiently.
  • Perform all duties of an Escrow Officer, including managing purchase and sale contracts and closing documents.
  • Supervise Escrow Personnel, including Officers, Assistants, and Receptionists.
  • Assign files to Escrow Officers based on criteria like customer and workload.
  • Conduct interviews with potential employees.
  • Use sound judgment in business decisions on escrow files.
  • Ensure sales and escrow teams work cohesively, aiding in marketing plan creation.

Education

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, or alternatively, four to six years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

A minimum of three years of experience in closing transactions is required.
