The Corporate IT Compliance Department is seeking an IT Compliance and Reporting Analyst to join the FNF team in the Jacksonville, FL office. The IT Compliance and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing compliance requirements with internal policies and standards, interpreting control frameworks, compiling data for internal reporting and leadership reporting. This role primarily supports the IT Compliance team with key compliance projects and reporting needs; and may also support other key IT programs and security initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze compliance requirements and perform gap assessments, duplications, and general text analysis.
- Conduct research and remain up to date on various authoritative security and IT compliance frameworks such as: NIST, NYDFS, TSC, ITIL, etc.
- Prepare materials and present findings to IT Compliance Management and IT Leadership.
- Assist with producing professional presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal use and audit response.
- Use productivity tools including Microsoft Office and SharePoint to develop and maintain compliance documentation and records.
- Design and develop analytical tools, surveys, and programs that meet managements' reporting and data analysis needs.
- Gather, standardize, and validate raw data from different source systems or authorities control frameworks.
- Create and maintain databases that house relevant information, keeping it current, organized and accessible for reporting.
- Use coding languages to automate data exports.
- Analyze datasets to determine its relevancy to management’s request, providing key insights into key trends and opportunities.
- Support complementary IT/Security audit, compliance, and risk initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to actively listen, facilitate meetings, and communicate clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet defined deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI Reporting
- Proficient computer literacy skills and ability to utilize different software, databases, and prepare reports and presentations
- Foundational understanding of Policies, Risks, Processes, and Controls
- Ability to deliver clear, concise reporting and summaries
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Entry-level experience in compliance, audit, security, or risk functions
- Comfortable working with large data sets and analytics tools
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for research purposes
- Proficient coding skills and ability to write or utilize code to gather data. Familiar with different coding languages such as: T-SQL, Java, C++, Python. Proficiency in PowerShell or BASH is a plus
- CISA certification or willingness to pursue certification
