Chicago Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company are seeking a full time Commercial Title Assistant to work in the Atlanta Office.

• Order and analyze title examinations.
• Draft title commitments, polices and endorsements.
• Handle earnest money deposits and escrow holdbacks.
• Prepare and coordinate e-filing with the Clerk of Superior Court for all Counties in Georgia.
• Work in a paperless environment.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of company information, as well as that of customers and co-workers.
• Follow company standards and practices while adhering to company policies when processing transactions, as well as applicable state laws and guidelines.
Associate or B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
Prior work in a Georgia real estate closing firm or title company is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A working knowledge of commercial real estate title insurance and escrow with a minimum of 3 years of title and escrow experience.
• A high degree of proficiency with Softpro and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to compile and manipulate pdf documents.
• Must be highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Pleasant, courteous, and professional when dealing with internal and external customers or clients.
