Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our Agency Solutions Team support our TRAX and ATX applications. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for gathering, defining, and supporting requirements, and assisting development teams with transforming those requirements into innovative designs.

 

LOCATION

  • This role sits 100% remote, working east coast hours.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, with a strong focus on API-related projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications to guide development efforts.
  • Engage with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to refine and validate business requirements.
  • Partner with product owners to define project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the product by recommending features and enhancements aligned with business goals.
  • Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including business process flows, use cases, and functional requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate presentations and requirement walkthroughs with development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to transform business needs into innovative and effective software solutions.
  • Support end users by addressing production issues, managing helpdesk tickets, and providing training to ensure optimal application usage.
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user expectations through thorough testing and feedback loops.
  • Ensure product quality by working with development teams to meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned product areas, providing insights and guidance as needed.
  • Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and propose practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, working effectively with colleagues across all functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or related field.
  • Expertise in documenting technical and functional user requirements.
  • Experience in creating technical requirement documents through translation of business requirements.
  • Solid technical skills in web services (REST and SOAP) and design for API integrations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, dev teams, and executive management.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and consistently driven to achieve results.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Title or escrow experience within large organizations.
  • Experience writing user stories and working within an Agile development environment.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on several factors, including skillset, experience and location.  The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
