LOCATION


100% Remote. Must be US resident. Work visa sponsorship will not be considered.

 

OVERVIEW


With a proactive and positive attitude, direct & evaluate team performance including daily monitoring and prioritization of work queues; manage to established performance metrics; promote productive & positive working relationships with sales team and customers; serve as escalation point for difficult customer issues.

Duties

  •  Monitors title production queues to ensure standard service level adherence.
  • Identifies and facilitates employee training needs.
  • Identifies and recommends workflow process improvements.
  • Communicates with customers, vendors & other departments to ensure consistent quality service.
  • Reviews & reconciles vendor invoices for State Production Manager approval.
  • Reviews billing prior to month-end close.
  • May assist State Production Manager with biweekly employee timecard activity and time off scheduling.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies and good housekeeping practices.
  • May serve as backup in State Production Manager absence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Under-graduate degree preferred
  • Six Sigma and Project Management certification preferred but not required

Experience

  • 3-5 years of production/supervisory experience in title insurance or real estate related industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & time management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, customer focused & possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate effective, professional people skills & sensitivities when dealing with others.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other standard software required to perform job duties.
  • Able to adapt & pivot in a fluid environment.

Additional Information

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, job responsibilities, relevant experience, and geographic location.
