We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Executive to generate new business, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the Company’s title and escrow services. This role requires a driven, relationship-focused professional who can identify opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales goals in a competitive market.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to expand market share in the Lakewood region.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners.
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, showcasing Heritage Title’s products and services to support their business growth.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, events, and lead generation strategies to expand client base.
• Provide education and support to clients regarding title and escrow services, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, Company products, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with escrow officers, title officers, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in real estate, mortgage, financial services, or a related field.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship management (experience in real estate, mortgage, or title insurance preferred).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive independently while working as part of a team.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of title and escrow services strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
• QUALIFIED CANDIDATE IS SUBJECT TO COMPLETION AND SATISFACTORY FINDING OF A BACKGROUND CHECK, TO INCLUDE A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK.
This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $40,000 - $50,000 plus commission/bonus structure based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
