Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Builder Service Representative to join our team. This role combines project coordination, client relationship management, and sales development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing builder accounts, coordinating subdivision projects from inception to completion, and drive new business through proactive outreach and networking.
Client Service & Sales Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for builder clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide product information, technical support, and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and project milestones.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to generate new builder leads and expand the client base.
• Attend industry events (e.g., HBA) to network and promote company services.
• Maintain and update the builder database regularly.
Project Coordination
• Manage the full life cycle of new plats/subdivisions, from preliminary planning to final recording.
• Coordinate with surveyors, builders, attorneys, and city/county jurisdictions to ensure timely approvals and documentation.
• Track and manage project timelines, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate creating and collecting mylar signatures and submitting final documents for county recording.
• Provide weekly updates to the escrow team to keep all stakeholders informed, including realtors working with builders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Communicate project status and client needs across teams to align efforts and maintain service excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, or sales—preferably in the building or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with local jurisdictional processes and platting procedures is a plus.
