Overview

Fidelity National Financial is a Fortune 500 company seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and dependable individual, with current IT experience to join our team to service branch operations in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Duties

The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge and ability to support desktop and office systems, including – procurement, configuration, installation, maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution of branch office hardware, software, and peripherals.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


• 2+ years working in an IT desktop support role
• Support Dell and HP Desktops, Laptops and Peripherals
• Microsoft Windows 11 and MacOS
• Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive)
• LaserJet and InkJet Printers
• High Speed and Desktop Scanners
• Copiers/Reproduction Devices
• Desktop Telephony (SIP)
• Mobile Telephony (Apple/iOS, Samsung/Android)

 

REQUIRMENTS:

 

The position requires working directly with managers, end-users, other support teams and vendors, coordinating office moves and closures, maintaining IT inventory, and participating in maintaining corporate compliance policies and standards.

•Candidate must have reliable transportation to support multiple branch office locations in assigned area.

•Provide on-site and remote support to multiple users and systems, as a team and as an individual.

•Be able to assess, understand, and prioritize IT needs, and work with a sense of urgency to satisfy those needs.

•Maintain open and objective approach when dealing with new or changing environments.

•Identify patterns of issues and recommend solutions.

•Be able to lift and move equipment (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.) up to 50 pounds.

•Possess effective listening, oral, and written communication skills to work directly and effectively with end users, management, and peers.

•Present ideas clearly and concisely and ask appropriate questions while listening attentively.

Experience or ability to learn the following in branch office environments:
• LAN/WAN Technologies
• Remote Access (Citrix, VPN, SCCM Remote Desktop)
• Antivirus Software
• Firewall
• Disaster Recovery
• Data Backup
• Microsoft Server 2019, 2016, 2012
• Customer Service/Help Desk Skills
• Prior work experience in Title and Escrow insurance and/or financial industries is a plus

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $55,000 - $85,000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. This position is also eligible for commissions, overtime, bonuses. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
