Escrow Coordinator/Customer Service position for a Chicago Suburban branch office. The position will provide general reception, administrative and customer service support in a high volume escrow operation office.
· Greet and direct customers in a professional, upbeat, positive manner and answer general questions.
· Answering phones in a pleasant manner and routing calls as necessary for office staff.
· Provides management of office voice mails and daily target emails to escrow and general office staff.
· Daily communication with attorney customers to request pre-closing information and other miscellaneous closing related documents.
· Support escrow operations in areas such as Scheduling, Wires, and Closing Protection Letters (CPL).
· Manage escrow calendar daily for the branch office and others within the north suburban area, as needed.
· Maintains reception and office areas in an organized, efficient manner.
· Daily office mail intake and distribution at end of each day.
· Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's strongly preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Prior experience in a customer service role; experience in a real estate or title insurance environment preferred but not required.
· Ability to multi-task and manage day-to-day volume fluctuation.
· A positive demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
· Proficiency in the use of general office software.
