Overview

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Adoption Specialist to drive the effective use of AI tools across our National Commercial division. This role based in New York, NY combines hands-on enablement, storytelling, and change management to help Commercial title insurance teams use AI confidently and responsibly turning experimentation into impact. This position sits at the intersection of AI, training, and transformation—you’ll help reimagine how our Commercial title teams work, communicate, and deliver value through responsible AI. It’s about human enablement first, technology second.

Duties

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Create role-based learning paths, quick-start guides, and bite-sized job aids (video, slide, or written).
• Support AI Champions and communities of practice to share tips and success stories.
• Provide one-on-one support for real world AI use cases.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to contextualize AI to their business workflows.
• Present on AI topics to audiences at all levels, including executives.
• Lead adoption campaigns and internal showcases to highlight impact.
• Organize innovation events (e.g., “AI in a Day” workshops, prompt-a-thons) to encourage experimentation.
• Maintain a consistent communication cadence (newsletters, office hours, Viva Engage/Teams updates) to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Build basic no code and low code solutions to demonstrate AI solutions.
• Partner with departmental “change ambassadors” to integrate AI innovations into daily operations.
• Collect feedback and usage data to continuously refine adoption strategies.

Education

Bachelor's degree.

Experience

• Experience in corporate training, digital adoption, or change management preferred.
• Experience leading employee engagement or innovation events a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering concepts a plus.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) a plus.
• Understanding of responsible AI and data privacy principles a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) a strong plus.
• Experience driving AI adoption in an enterprise setting a strong plus.
• Experience implementing or governing in an enterprise or regulated environment a strong plus.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate closings (in-person NYC required; some travel expected)
• Exceptional communicator—able to simplify complex topics and tailor messages to any audience
• Skilled at synthesizing technical or abstract ideas into clear, actionable guidance

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $135,000 - $170,000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
