We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Adoption Specialist to lead the responsible use of AI across our Legal department. You’ll bridge law and technology — helping attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations teams understand how to use AI safely, efficiently, and effectively in legal workflows. AI is reshaping how legal work is done, how we use it matters just as much as where we use it. You’ll help hundreds of legal professionals adopt AI responsibly, balancing innovation with duty of care, confidentiality, and ethical practice. This role is about amplifying legal expertise through technology, without compromising trust, compliance, or professional integrity.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Develop role-specific learning paths, quick-start guides, and short video tutorials for legal use cases.
• Support AI Champions and internal communities of practice to share responsible AI patterns and practical workflows.
• Provide one-on-one support to attorneys and legal staff applying AI to drafting, research, discovery, and matter management.
• Partner with senior legal and compliance leaders to contextualize AI use in client, regulatory, and data-sensitive environments.
• Present on AI topics — including risk management, data governance, and ethical use — to audiences from staff counsel to executives.
• Lead adoption campaigns that highlight safe, effective AI success stories in legal operations.
• Organize innovation events such as “AI in a Day” or prompt-a-thons to promote experimentation within defined guardrails.
• Maintain an ongoing communication rhythm — newsletters, office hours, intranet updates — to sustain engagement and reinforce ethical use.
• Prototype simple low-code/no-code tools for recurring legal workflows using approved enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with change-management and risk teams to align AI adoption with corporate policy, information security, and privilege standards.
• Gather feedback, monitor usage data, and refine programs to promote both adoption and compliance maturity.
Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with legal technology, digital adoption, or organizational change preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt-engineering basics a plus.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions (Microsoft Power Platform) a plus.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, model governance, data privacy, and attorney-client privilege obligations a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience implementing or governing in an enterprise or regulated environment a strong plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years’ experience in legal practice or title-insurance operations (law-firm or in-house).
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, actionable guidance for legal professionals.
• Skilled communicator who can simplify complex, high-risk topics for diverse audiences.
• 25% travel.
