Overview

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Corporate Learning and Development Administrator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s learning strategy by administering learning management systems, analyzing training data, and creating engaging learning materials. This position ensures seamless administration of Workday Learning, accurate reporting of training metrics, and the development of impactful learning programs using modern tools and technologies. This position requires a blend of content development, knowledge management, LMS administration, and instructional design skills to drive efficient learning and information-sharing across FNF.

 

LOCATION       

  • This is a hybrid role based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with onsite work required three days per week (Tuesday – Thursday).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning System Administration

  • Manage and maintain Workday Learning, including course setup, user enrollment, troubleshooting, vendor integrations, and system updates.
  • Build job-aids for all Workday Applications. Establish governance for content maintenance, version control, and user feedback integration to improve knowledge accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data integrity within the learning platform.
  • Ensure annual compliance, regulatory and software development training is administered according to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
  • Demonstrates a solid ability to gain an understanding of Workday concepts and is certified or has the ability to certify in HCM Workday products.
  • Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables met.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Aggregate and analyze training data using Excel to produce accurate and actionable reports.
  • Track learning metrics, completion rates, course engagement, leaner feedback, and compliance requirements; provide insights to stakeholders to improve user experience and optimize content.

Program Development and Design

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and build learning programs and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Develop and edit learning videos using Vyond, Canva etc.
  • Create visually appealing and interactive learning materials that align with adult learning principles and organizational goals.
  • Experience designing digital learning experiences for LMS/LXP environments.
  • Partner in needs assessments and learning experience mapping to define the right modality and approach for each solution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance learning processes and user experience within Workday Learning.
  • Stay current on learning technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
  • Requires 2-5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, HR systems administration, or related role.
  • Proficiency in Workday Learning or other LMS administration. SCORM, Basic HTML or SharePoint customization skills are a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint (design and formatting). Experience with Vyond, Canva or similar tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, editing, and communication skills with ability to simplify complex processes into clear, digestible content. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with learning analytics, job aid development and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and learning content to virtual and in-person audiences
  • Familiarity with compliance training and corporate learning standards.
