Overview

The National Title Production Lead at Property Insight leads and the Data Insight Solutions title production team. This role’s primary focus will be producing nationwide property reports and working with offshore teams to maintain the highest quality. The Lead is accountable for reviewing searches across the country, giving feedback to offshore teams and outside vendors, and ensuring consistent delivery of products. The Lead will also work directly with management to maintain support documentation and foster continuous process improvement.

Duties

• Supervise the production of our nationwide title reports, quality, and SLA’s.
• Quality Control on nationwide title searches.
• Communicate with customers on any concerns or feedback.
• Work with our offshore team and abstractor network to ensure highest quality.
• Collaborate with management to foster continuous process improvement.
• Assist with maintaining up-to-date training resources and support documentation.
• Manage and maintain quality reports.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 3-5 years Title Search and Exam Experience.

• Experience in TitlePoint, DataTrace, County Clerk sites and TitleWave.
• Experience in ResWare a plus, but not necessary.
• Experience working with offshore and onshore vendors.

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $60,00 - $65,000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
