Seeking a dynamic team member to assist and manage phone calls and front desk receptionist duties in a busy escrow office. This full-time, in-office position offers excellent benefits including 401k, company stock purchase plan, medical, dental, vision insurance, pet insurance and sick pay. Hourly wage based on knowlege and experience. You will also get two weeks paid vacation annually, and paid company holidays after 90 days.
Proficiently managing the phone system, including answering an directing phone calls. Providing exceptional customer service to walk in clients. Setting up new transactions and organizing physical files while supporting the team with various other projects.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Escrow experience, or real estate experience preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate should possess great communication skills and the ability to get along well with others. Familiar and adaptable with technology is a plus, as we work with a few different computer programs. A person with a positive attitude is a must in this environment. We would like to have a candidate with strong listening skills for taking and passing along correct messages to the team.
