Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees while supporting daily office operations.

Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation.
• Provide general administrative support to office staff and management.
• Assist with filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry.
• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering as needed.
• Support overall office organization and daily administrative tasks.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior office or customer service experience preferred.

Experience

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

 

Preferred (but not required)
• Notary Public (State of Colorado).
• Title Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

Additional Information

This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $20.00 - $23.00 based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
