Ticor Title is hiring a full time Escrow Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator for our Seaside branch. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Provide administrative and clerical support to escrow officer and assistant
• Open new escrow files and assist with document preparation
• Schedule signings and help manage file organization
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional front office environment
Qualifications:
• Positive, customer focused attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems
• Proficiency with basic office technology and Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
• Escrow Experience a plus
High School Diploma.
Compensation:
• Hourly: Starting at $20.00 – $24.00, based on experience
