POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to own and lead FNF’s Document Intelligence team, which is the group responsible for summarizing, extracting, classifying, and splitting files that flow through our escrow and title operations. You will define the product vision for our document processing pipeline, drive continuous improvements in accuracy and throughput, and partner with engineers, operations leaders, and compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions that eliminate manual document handling and accelerate closings.

LOCATION

  • This role can sit remote with travel up to 15%

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver the product vision and roadmap for FNF’s document intelligence platform, with a focus on summarization, data extraction, page classification, and file splitting for escrow and title documents.
  • Lead and manage the Document Intelligence team, setting priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality releases on a predictable cadence.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for document processing capabilities including intelligent page splitting, document-type classification, key-field extraction, and automated summarization of scanned PDFs.
  • Prioritize and manage the document intelligence product backlog, balancing accuracy improvements, new document-type coverage, and pipeline performance optimizations, and communicate trade-offs clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with AI engineering teams on model selection ensuring delivered solutions meet quality, scalability, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with InfoSec, Legal/Compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure document processing workflows meet FNF standards for data privacy, PII handling, and escrow regulatory requirements.
  • Define and track KPIs for document intelligence performance, including extraction accuracy, classification precision/recall, processing throughput, error rates, and time savings across escrow document workflows.
  • Lead change management and adoption programs for document intelligence tools, including training escrow officers and title teams, running pilot programs, and building feedback loops to continuously improve extraction and classification quality.
  • Stay current on advances in OCR, computer vision, document AI, and large language models to continuously refine the document intelligence strategy and identify opportunities to expand coverage to new document types.
  • Present document intelligence strategy, pipeline metrics, and business outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, building organizational buy-in for continued investment in automated document processing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum three to five years’ experience in product management, with at least two years focused on document processing, computer vision, OCR, or related AI/ML-powered products.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping document intelligence or data-driven products from concept through launch in an enterprise environment, including defining roadmaps, writing requirements, and managing cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills. You can translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in regulated, data-sensitive industries and comfort navigating compliance, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Domain experience in escrow, title insurance, real estate closings, or financial services

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience with document AI technologies such as OCR engines, layout analysis, document classification models, named-entity extraction, PDF parsing, and image pre-processing pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar).
  • Familiarity with responsible AI concepts (data governance, privacy-by-design, PII redaction) and escrow/title regulatory frameworks as they relate to document handling.
  • Proven ability to lead change management and drive adoption of new technology across diverse user groups.
