Responsibilities
• Examine public records and legal documents to determine property ownership and legal restrictions.
• Identify and assist to resolve title defects or discrepancies.
• Prepare various title reports.
• Communicate primarily with internal organizational customers, but could also include correspondence to clients, lenders, and attorneys.
High School Diploma
Skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving situations.
• Office experience a plus.
