As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the escrow process, including:
• Assist in opening new escrow files and processing transactions.
• Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions.
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction.
• Order payoffs, demands, and necessary closing documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of files while maintaining timelines.
• Schedule signings and support closing logistics.
• Provide responsive, high-level customer service to all parties involved.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $48,0000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
